Executive Chef/Owner Jared Sippel will be hosting a special dinner at his restaurant Trattoria Italienne to celebrate the life and wines of the legendary producer, Bruno Giacosa, on November 18th at 6:30pm.
The Piedmontese dinner will feature a five-course pairing menu with selections such as Agnolotti ai tres Arroisti, a traditional piedmontese stuffed pasta with tartufi bianchi, which will be served with a Nebbiolo D’Alba Valmaggiore from 2017, and Sformato Di Verdure, cardoon with radicchios dressed in Cesare giaccone barbera vinegar, served with a Barbera D’Alba from 2017.
