In this guided 4-course wine dinner, you’ll explore a diverse array of Assyrtiko wines from varying regions of Greece alongside a seafood-inspired menu. On the menu, you'll find a light and refreshing black bass crudo with citrus and caviar, a rich and hearty lobster pasta, a whole grilled fish, finished tableside, with eggplant confit and marinated cherry tomatoes, and a bittersweet dark chocolate tart to finish off the evening.
