The La Paulée® Burgundy Festival pays homage to La Paulée de Meursault, a jovial Burgundian celebration shared by growers and their guests. The 2023 fete featured many of Burgundy’s finest at an array of tastings, lunches, dinners, seminars, and concluded with the signature Gala Dinner. Wines were paired with the cuisine of world-renowned chefs led by Chef d’Honneur Daniel Boulud while wine service was presented by the finest sommeliers.

La Fête du Champagne™ is an epic soiree centered around the world’s finest bubbles. This week-long fall event (October 25-28) was founded by Champagne expert & wine writer Peter Liem and world-renowned sommelier Daniel Johnnes. Tastings range from the most prestigious houses to boutique cult growers and are all accompanied by cuisine from some of the world’s greatest chefs.

La Tablée is a celebration of the northern and southern wines of the Rhone Valley. The term represents the meal celebrating the end of the harvest recalling the colloquial French phrase à table - the call given to family and friends to sit and enjoy a convivial meal. In its fourth year in New York City the celebration will take place from November 29 – December 3 and  showcase the many aspects of the Rhone region, including small growers and large negociant houses.

While the Festivals are the pillar of Pressoir, the team has created a collection of experiences to explore throughout the year. They cater to wide audience with exclusive wine dinners at fantastic establishments like Charlie Bird, engaging and informative seminars, in-depth tastings, and more. Pressoir experiences range in style and expense from informal multi-producer tastings for up to 40 guests, to intimate lavish dinners with one central focus.

A steppingstone event is the walk-around Aperó-style affair held at the chic Pressoir salon in Tribeca. A small group goes on a tasting journey with the Pressoir team, who carefully curates the menu. You retain a steady understanding of the French culture through the wine experience and leave with a grander knowledge of which wines appease your palate. The intimacy of this event allows you to have one-on-one conversations with the Pressoir experts and take the time to absorb the intricacies of French wind world. It’s perfect for solo explorers, dates or a group of friends who want a new experience in New York City.
