Legendary British chef and restaurateur Marco Pierre White, last season’s Top Chef Winner Tristen Epps, famed East Coast Razza pizza maestro Dan Richer, and other culinary stars headline this year’s New Jersey Wine & Food Festival May 1 – 3 at Crystal Springs Resort in New Jersey (1 hour from  NYC). The iconic Chef White will be making a rare appearance in the US, curating the menu for a unique dinner where he will also share tales from his storied culinary career. Chef Epps and fellow Bravo TV Season 22 cheftestants Lana Lagomarsini and Bailey Sullivan (just nominated for James Beard Emerging Chef Award) will cook at the Top Chefs & Top Wines dinner, while NJ Culinary Stars lunch al fresco at the resort’s Chef’s Garden open fire kitchen will feature some of the state’s brightest stars: Dan Richer (Razza), Sean Yan (Ram & Rooster) and Tom Silvestri (ORA). The weekend’s events include food and wine tastings, interactive cocktail classes, demos, and The Grand Tasting showcasing 30 top chefs and over 200 premium wines and rare spirits. The late-night Biosphere After Party with Festival chefs and winemakers takes place in the tropical pool complex with multiple bars, food, DJ, and more. 

Renowned chefs who have taken part in this prestigious festival since it was founded in 2009 by Crystal Springs COO Robby Younes, include Thomas Keller, Jose Andres, Daniel Boulud, Tom Colicchio, Francis Mallmann, David Kinch, Michael White, and more.
