Egg Shop owner Sarah Schneider will celebrate Cinco de Mayo early with a special Salsa Pistolero pop up at Egg Shop's Williamsburg location (138 N. 8th Street) from Friday April 23 through Sunday, April 25th from 9am - 4pm. Sarah is teaming up with her pal and Salsa Pistolero creator Miguel Banuelos on this three day fiesta for Tex-Mex lovers. Taco-aficionados will be able to feast on breakfast tacos with Banuelos on hand making homemade flour tortillas, queso and of course showcasing his six salsa sensations for guests to enjoy. Southwest style tacos will include a Scramble with Chorizo and Pistolero Tomatillo, a Scramble with bacon, queso and classic salsa, and for those who like added spice in their lives a Bean and Cheese taco with Pistolero's Chile de Arbol salsa, which bites back (priced at $13 for two). $10 Espolon Watermelon and Classic Margaritas will also be served up for the occasion.
