Founded in 1991, ETM serves more than 34,000 students at 65 schools throughout New York City.

Each year, ETM’s annual gala recognizes individuals and companies that have had a lasting impact on the public’s understanding of the importance of music education and how music unites humanity by serving as a universal language. Past honorees have included the Country Music Association, Steinway & Sons, Joshua Bell, and Cushman & Wakefield among others.

This year, ETM is thrilled to recognize Paramount Group, Inc. with the inaugural Ray of Light Award, to honor their commitment to excellence and their philanthropic support, which breaks down barriers so that more children can gain access to high-quality music education.
