Celebrate NY Cider Week with Food Karma's Featured Event: CiderFeast! This all-inclusive event will feature cider tasting, craft beer, spirits, food samples, live music, and more!

Historically, hard cider was the great American drink in the 18th and 19th centuries. Now cider is experiencing a growing 21st century revival. We are celebrating this  iconic American beverage with 15 brands, demos, and a cider book!

Author and cider expert, James Rich hails from apple country in Somerset, England, where his family own a cider farm. Apples, it could be said, are in his blood. This is a collection of over 90 of his best-loved recipes.
